Checked on 3 October 2026: We carried out limited checks on the website version prepared for publication. These checks do not establish full compliance with WCAG. Skipping navigation and ways to get help are listed below.
What we checked
In Chrome, we checked the Dutch and English home, contact, registration and accessibility pages at viewport widths of 320, 390 and 1280 pixels. No horizontal document scrolling was detected at those widths; this does not establish that every element remains readable or visible.
On the English homepage, we also checked keyboard interactions with the desktop navigation, mobile menu and cookie preferences. The mobile menu opened with the keyboard, and Escape closed it and returned focus to its opening button.
On 5 October 2026, we rechecked cookie preferences on the Dutch and English homepages in the local browser. Opening focused the first checkbox; immediate Shift+Tab and repeated Tab and Shift+Tab stayed within the dialog, including when focus started on the dialog container. The background was inert while open, and Escape closed the dialog and returned focus to either opening button.
Skipping navigation
- On 5 October 2026, we checked the localized skip link on the local Dutch and English home and contact pages, and at mobile width on a treatment page in each language. The first Tab revealed the link, Enter focused the main content, and the next Tab reached an interactive element within that content. The focus indicator remained visible below the sticky navigation.
Limits of this assessment
We aim to improve accessibility using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a reference. A complete WCAG assessment has not been performed, and we do not claim a conformance level.
Screen reader use, colour contrast, image descriptions, browser zoom, all keyboard paths, form errors and successful form submission, spam protection and other browsers or assistive technologies have not been fully tested. The checks above do not cover every page or interaction.
